Yasaka celebrated its 10th birthday this year and is one of the best sushi places on the Upper West Side. If you’re looking for traditional Japanese dining with a creative flair – don’t skip a visit to the restaurant. Californian food is some of the best available in the USA and NYC’s UWS is home to a tiny slice of the California coast – offering the best in West Coast beach food. Playa Betty’s promise to take you on a road trip of the California coastline, with some SoCal favourites like tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Kids can be fussy even in a place with so many choices to try – for a fail-safe meal out, Shake Shack is a favorite for all kids (and grown-up kids too!).
