Open-air ice rinks are one of the best things to enjoy in New York over the festive season, but skating is no longer the only way to take to the ice. If you’re looking for a unique adventure to share with the whole family on your winter visit to New York – don’t miss out on the Bryant Bumper Cars on Ice.

Located in Bryant Park, just a 45-minute walk from the Hotel Beacon, it's the only place in the city (maybe the world!) where you can take to the ice in bumper cars. Perfect for both kids and adults, you can hire the cars individually or in groups of two, with prices starting at $20 per person.

The bumper cars take to the ice on January 12th and weather permitting will return daily until March 2nd – booking in advance is highly recommended as tickets sell out fast (because who doesn’t love bumper cars!).

After a couple of hours on the ice there are plenty of places to warm up with a coffee or a hot chocolate in the Winter Village. The Winter Village is open until early March – however the holiday markets close on January 2nd.
